Order Cancellation

- Items may take 10 to 15 days to ship.
- Following receipt and evaluation of the returned goods, refunds are given.
- It could take 15 to 20 business days to process a refund.
- The cost of shipping is not refundable.
- Items that are returned will incur a restocking fee.
- Items that exhibit signs of wear or damage from the consumer are not eligible for exchange or refund.
